What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
A Spanish consumer-tech how-to (ActualApp, 22 October) on how to tell whether your website is affected by the PHP flaws. It says PHP's developers published emergency updates on 21 October, that European bodies recommended immediate updates and some administrations took services offline as a precaution, that depending on PHP does not by itself mean a site is unprotected because the installed version and the server's updates also matter, that a site's exposure cannot be reliably confirmed just by visiting it, and shows how a WordPress administrator can read the PHP version in the site's health screen and compare it with the corrected versions.
> Además, no es posible confirmar de forma fiable si un servidor tiene estas vulnerabilidades simplemente visitando su página web.
_Curator's translation:_ "Also, it is not possible to reliably confirm whether a server has these vulnerabilities simply by visiting its website."
