Al-Jarida (Kuwait, Arabic), 23 October: a short article saying PHP's two serious flaws (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) put internet data at the mercy of hackers, a local warning coinciding with a worldwide emergency in the IT industry after the details leaked unintentionally, and that in Germany municipalities, hospitals and universities temporarily stopped their services and sites as a precaution. No new facts.
