What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
An-Nahar (Lebanon, Arabic), 23 October, from London: 'PHP2Shell flaws around the world... where did sites and e-services stop?' It says government bodies and companies in 11 countries suspended electronic services as a precaution and to apply updates, and that a stoppage does not necessarily mean a breach. Japan: ANA, JR West and MUFG suspended some pages (per CNN), and Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi urged firms to consider suspending services where necessary. Europe: government sites in France, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands (including the Dutch cyber-security agency's site) stopped while fixes were applied; the German federal IT provider ITZBund switched off several sites as a precaution with no known security incidents (Reuters); Belgium's foreign ministry and the Czech government paused sites. UK: more than 30 government services stopped and four were partly disrupted according to official statements to the House of Lords. Ireland: The Journal paused. Australia's cyber-security agency paused its site (The Register) and the Wikimedia Foundation shut down several systems as a precaution.
> وتعكس هذه الإجراءات اتساع نطاق الاستجابة الأمنية لثغرات "PHP2Shell"، مع التأكيد أن توقف الخدمات مؤقتاً لا يعني بالضرورة تعرضها للاختراق.
_Curator's translation:_ "These measures reflect the breadth of the security response to the PHP2Shell flaws, stressing that a temporary stoppage of services does not necessarily mean they were breached."
