What the page says

_Curator's reading of the capture._

Bloter (Korea, Korean), 27 October, an opinion column by Kang Jun-hyuk ('Digging Note'): the PHP flaws expose the dilemma of security in the AI era. It says two flaws allowing arbitrary code execution were disclosed on 21 October, another that the update did not fix appeared two days later, and that public code to test attacks was shared on GitHub: according to AhnLab's 22 October analysis, 99 of the top 100 repositories found by searching 'php2shell' dealt with the PHP flaw, mostly created around 21 October, and 83% of their 1,394 stars went to repositories reproducing the attack. The column says some public code is proof of concept and not all of it works, that PHP's flaws were not caused by AI, and that the attack-reproduction code cannot be assumed to be AI-made, but that AI cuts the time and effort of attack preparation. It cites Google Threat Intelligence Group's September report of an attacker who needed under six hours to prepare a large credential-theft attack with AI.

> 안랩이 이달 22일 공개한 분석에 따르면 깃허브에서 'php2shell'을 검색해 확인한 상위 100개 저장소 가운데 99개가 PHP 취약점을 다뤘다.

_Curator's translation:_ "According to an analysis AhnLab published on the 22nd of this month, of the top 100 repositories found by searching GitHub for 'php2shell', 99 dealt with the PHP vulnerability."
