A Romanian television-news report (Digi24) that is the same News.ro report as the Știrile PRO TV source already held: DNSC has notified 17,416 public-sector entities of the PHP2Shell vulnerability, the Government's General Secretariat says its platforms have the recommended measures applied, and the Romanian Police and Tulcea city hall sites showed precautionary maintenance notices. This page adds the statements of several local public bodies given to News.ro: the Teleorman prefecture says its PHP platforms are administered centrally and that the interior ministry's CERT structure has kept its bodies informed, a county public-health directorate says all measures were applied in the first hours and are complete, Galați city hall says it was not affected and works with DNSC, and a municipal hospital says it uses no PHP platforms.
