What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
A French cyber-news blog (FrenchBreaches) on a tool announced on a hackers' forum on Sunday 25 October under a PHP2SHELL name, whose author claims it can detect vulnerable servers, run commands, install a web shell and plant a backdoor; the blog stresses that the claimed capabilities were not independently verified. It also cites the Austrian monitoring service risikomonitor's dashboard, consulted on 28 October, which listed 236,908 web servers as potentially affected, 9.1% of 2.59 million analysed, with 2,150,231 classed as fixed or not using PHP, and cautions that a flagged server is not necessarily exploitable and that one server can host several sites.
> Un serveur signalé comme affecté n'est pas nécessairement exploitable dans les conditions réelles d'une cyberattaque.
_Curator's translation:_ "A server flagged as affected is not necessarily exploitable under the real conditions of a cyberattack."
