HomoDigital (Polish), 26 October: an explainer for ordinary internet users, written during the European Cyber Security Month, saying that even people with no website are exposed because the sites they use may be hit. It quotes the BBC's technology editor Zoe Kleinman on the unprecedented public global reaction to a cyber event that had not yet happened, repeats the 9.2 scores and that about 70% of sites are affected, and gives general safe-use advice (two-step verification and the like). No new facts.
