Istanbul Ticaret Gazetesi (Turkish), 22 October: Turkey's Presidency Cybersecurity Directorate started a national-scale scan against the PHP2Shell flaw, which lets attackers run code remotely, with a scan for critical systems. Another Turkish outlet for the same Directorate announcement.
