An Indonesian regional news report (Lensa Banten) on Tangerang City government's PHP2Shell mitigation. At a mitigation meeting on Wednesday 28 October the city secretary asked all local-government units to coordinate with the communications office, report any sign of an incident and prepare alternative services where access to an application must be restricted. The head of the communications office said it had identified and handled 157 official applications and websites of all units, districts and villages, used geotag-based access restriction for 79 main applications (such as the public hospital, health centres and online tax) that stay accessible, moved 36 internal applications to the local network or a VPN, and offers offline service alternatives for 42 applications temporarily disabled for updating, and urged residents not to panic.
