What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
Malay Mail (Malaysia, English), 23 October: the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) urges organisations to act on the two PHP flaws. Its chief executive Gwenda Fong says the threat is immediate, working exploits having been demonstrated and patches released on 21 October, and that CSA is working with government agencies, critical information infrastructure owners, major enterprises and industry partners to speed up patching, and reaching smaller organisations through business associations, security providers and technology partners. The CSA advisory tells organisations to find every system running PHP, prioritise internet-facing ones, and check web servers for PHP, including in third-party applications, even where the main site does not use it.
> She said the threat was immediate, with working exploits having been demonstrated and security patches released on Oct 21.
