Cheonji Ilbo (Korean), 22 October, citing the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS): government networks such as Government24 showed no problems; none of the 217 information systems under MOIS was found to be built on PHP, but emergency letters went to local governments, whose systems may use it. The Ministry of Science and ICT raised the private-sector cyber crisis alert to 'Caution' (second of four levels) from noon on 22 October after an assessment meeting with KISA. It names the two CVEs, the fixed versions (8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27, 8.5.12), says PHP 8.1 and earlier are out of support, and says some European governments (the Netherlands, Finland) took sites offline as a precaution.
