What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
A short Peruvian television-news explainer (Panamericana) in five 'keys' on the PHP alert: PHP is used by about 70% of sites whose language can be identified and by WordPress, Drupal and Joomla; the two flaws score 9.2 and could let criminals run code remotely without a password, steal confidential data and alter sites; Calif, with OpenAI, identified one on 11 August while Wiz independently detected and reported them; on 21 October institutions in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands (sports bodies, parties, hospitals, the Port of Rotterdam) suspended services, which the article stresses does not mean systems were attacked; and the PHP Foundation published fixes on 21 October, EU cybersecurity authorities recommended installing them at once and, where that is not possible, isolating exposed servers temporarily.
> Estas desconexiones no significan necesariamente que los sistemas hayan sido atacados, sino que respondieron a decisiones de prevención.
_Curator's translation:_ "These disconnections do not necessarily mean the systems were attacked, but that they were preventive decisions."
