Polskie Radio 24 (Polish), 22 October, by Michał Tomaszkiewicz: BIP (public information) pages are going offline because of two PHP flaws. It says the Informacyjna Agencja Radiowa reported on 22 October that the Central Informatics Centre (COI) temporarily switched off BIP pages in the national public-information access system (SSDIP), affecting only some bodies, and that Białystok University of Technology restricted access to its systems; it stresses this is preventive, not an outage or a successful attack, and that restoring services may take days. It explains the two CVEs (9.2) and says the PHP team brought the release forward to 21 October after the premature disclosure on 20 October, and that Amazon's MadPot recorded the first attempt on 17 October.
