Post Today (Thai), 22 October: Thai ministers press agencies to close the PHP2Shell flaw. Deputy Prime Minister and Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Minister Yodchanan Wongsawat is quoted that OpenAI's research team detected the flaw in advance, giving developers about two months to prepare, and sets a three-step response for large-database bodies such as universities and hospitals (check systems and databases, cloud protection, upgrade). Minister Pharadon Prissananantakul, who oversees the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), says ThaiCERT issued a national cyber-threat alert on the morning of 22 October and describes four proactive measures (alerting and assessing agencies, stronger monitoring of abnormal access, close tracking of patching).
