#### What the page says

_Curator's reading of the capture._

A Romanian television-news report (Știrile PRO TV, 28 October), based on News.ro, that Romania's national cybersecurity directorate DNSC has notified 17,416 public-sector entities of the PHP2Shell vulnerability, essentially all civil public bodies in its remit (schools, hospitals, local councils, state companies and others). The Government's General Secretariat says the platforms it runs have had the recommended measures applied and most servers, including gov.ro, already run fixed PHP versions, with other sites being updated under temporary measures. It notes that the Romanian Police site and county inspectorates showed a maintenance notice at the end of the previous week and that Tulcea city hall said its site was down as a preventive measure, and quotes several local institutions, one hospital saying it uses no PHP platforms.

> Sunt 17.416 entităţi din sectorul public, a confirmat DNSC pentru News.ro.

_Curator's translation:_ "There are 17,416 public-sector entities, DNSC confirmed to News.ro."

#### Why it is here

#### Capture notes

Language `ro`. A page of news on a television site with unrelated headlines in its sidebar, among them one on a separate cyber incident at another Romanian agency, which the article does not link to PHP2Shell and which is not recorded here. Nothing in the page addresses an AI or hides text from a reader.
