What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
Takvim (Turkey, Turkish), 22 October, updated 23:35: a five-question explainer on the crisis that closed public sites in Europe and what it means in Turkey. It says that after a warning from Belgium's Cyber Security Centre (CCB) the websites of the Foreign, Finance and Labour ministries and media and education platforms were temporarily disabled; that in the Netherlands DigiD, the Port of Rotterdam portal, the Schiphol airport app and House of Representatives sites were closed; that prefectures, police units and many public portals in France, Germany and Finland were closed as a precaution; that South Korea raised its cyber crisis alert and the US (FBI, NSA) and Japan made emergency update calls. In Turkey, the Presidency's Cyber Security Directorate issued national security alert TR-26-1372 to public and private infrastructure and said that technical checks of e-Devlet, which holds data on over 69 million citizens, found no risk or disruption. The paper's tone is reassuring.
> Cumhurbaşkanlığı Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığı, TR-26-1372 numaralı güvenlik bildirimi ile tüm kamu ve özel sektör altyapılarına yönelik ulusal güvenlik alarmı yayınladı.
_Curator's translation:_ "The Presidency's Cyber Security Directorate issued a national security alert, with security notice number TR-26-1372, to all public and private-sector infrastructure."
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ Takvim's five-question explainer lists European shutdowns (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Finland) and South Korea's alert. It reports that Turkey's Cyber Security Presidency issued notice TR-26-1372, and that checks of e-Devlet (data of over 69 million citizens) found no security risk.
