#### What the page says

_Curator's reading of the capture._

A French television-news explainer (TF1 Info, 29 October) in question-and-answer form on the PHP flaws, built on an AFP report. It relays that France's cybersecurity agency ANSSI warned on Wednesday 28 October that the problem should not be considered definitively solved because the risk is shifting from websites to very many third-party products that embed PHP, such as routers, firewalls and connected objects; that at ANSSI's request very many sites in France were disconnected, including all prefectures, ministries of Culture and Ecology, the tax site, major media such as Les Echos and companies such as Renault, while the UK unplugged 32 government sites and Finland its government portal; that ANSSI counts over 660,000 IP addresses and potentially over 6 million applications using PHP in France; and OpenAI's statement that the flaws were found with its GPT-5.6 Sol model and that the same capabilities could help attackers develop attacks quickly.

> Il ne faut pas pour autant considérer que le problème est définitivement résolu

_Curator's translation:_ "That does not mean the problem should be considered definitively solved."

Language `fr`. The page's first lines are unrelated headlines of the day. Secondhand on an AFP report and ANSSI's message; the agency's own statement is the primary. Nothing in the page addresses an AI or hides text from a reader.
