What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
top agrar (German farming trade site), 22 October: what farmers with a farm website need to know about the PHP flaw. It repeats the BSI's official warning at level '3 / Orange', the remote-code-execution risk and the fixes published on Wednesday afternoon, and quotes the BSI's vice-president Thomas Caspers (via Tagesschau) that with the security updates attackers are also enabled, simply by analysing them, to attack sites that have not been patched, so the BSI advises operators to patch quickly. The page also shows unrelated teasers (cooling units over 50 degrees; cyber attacks on hundreds of French supermarkets).
> zitierte die Tagesschau den Vizepräsidenten des Bundesamts für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik, Thomas Caspers.
_Curator's translation:_ "Tagesschau quoted the vice-president of the Federal Office for Information Security, Thomas Caspers."
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ Top agrar explains the PHP flaw for farmers who run farm websites or online shops, citing the BSI warning level '3 / Orange' and BSI vice-president Caspers via Tagesschau. It gives a template email to send to hosting providers and advice on whether to take a site offline.
