What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
UOL Tilt (Brazil, Portuguese), 22 October: the gravity of the PHP flaw and the risk of intrusion. It says the flaws were found with AI help, are rated 9.2 on CVSS 4.0, that CERT-EU recommended fixing at once or temporarily disconnecting exposed servers, and that governments and companies took sites offline as a precaution, which does not necessarily mean they were hacked. In Brazil the telecom regulator Anatel took its SEI (electronic information system) offline temporarily, and there were reports of instability at the regional federal courts TRF-1 and TRF-6, possibly affecting procedural deadlines. It notes small sites on shared hosting may stay vulnerable longer.
> No Brasil, a Anatel retirou do ar temporariamente o SEI (Sistema Eletrônico de Informações).
_Curator's translation:_ "In Brazil, Anatel temporarily took its SEI (Electronic Information System) offline."
