#### What the page says

_Curator's reading of the capture._

UPI (English), 26 October, a translation of an Asia Today report: South Korea's authorities face limits in answering the PHP flaws. It says PHP developers have identified three vulnerabilities so far, the latest reportedly not fixed by the earlier update, and that PHP is used by over 70% of websites. KISA president Lee Sang-jung told a parliamentary audit on Friday that the agency has not been able to determine how many systems use vulnerable versions or whether patches are complete, and that under current domestic regulations it cannot scan those systems. Singapore's Cyfirma said it detected signs that Korean-speaking members of an organisation were simulating attacks with PHP vulnerabilities on the I2P anonymous network. A Chung-Ang University professor warns of old unmaintained PHP on outsourced, local-government and school sites. The Ministry of Science and ICT held a risk assessment meeting with KISA and raised the private-sector alert to the caution level at noon on Thursday. The illustration was made with Midjourney, as the page says.

> "We have not been able to determine how many systems are using vulnerable versions or whether the patches have been completed," Lee said.
