What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
VietNamNet (Vietnam, Vietnamese): websites worldwide face millions of attacks exploiting the PHP flaw. It says security firms report millions of automated probing attempts, that the NSA warned an attacker could take control of web servers, steal data and move deeper into internal networks, and that the UK's cyber-security minister Liz Lloyd told Parliament that 32 government public services had been suspended as a 'necessary precaution' during updates, while the Prime Minister's office said no critical public service had been affected or breached and the NCSC had sent 50,000 technical warnings and called the scale 'unprecedented', some old systems being unable to take the patch. It adds temporary disruption at the Internet Archive, Wikipedia and 4chan, a BBC page briefly unavailable, South Korea's alert and guidance to tens of thousands of firms, China's MIIT call to check and upgrade and change all passwords and keys, and Japan's prime minister's continued advice.
> Bộ trưởng An ninh mạng Liz Lloyd thông báo trước Quốc hội rằng 32 dịch vụ công của chính phủ đã tạm ngừng truy cập
_Curator's translation:_ "Cyber Security Minister Liz Lloyd told Parliament that 32 government public services had been temporarily suspended."
