What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
VTV (Vietnam, Vietnamese), 22 October: a news-desk item advising Vietnamese organisations using PHP to review systems and apply the patch. It says the flaws were found by Wiz's AI system, that many sites worldwide, including government systems, disconnected, and, citing no source, that the Netherlands and Finland recorded hackers beginning to exploit the flaws to break in. It quotes Wiz and OpenAI on AI's role, says no figure for Vietnam's exposure exists, and quotes Vu Ngoc Son of the National Cyber Security Association that this affects only web servers, that ordinary users need not worry directly, and that many providers patched at once.
> Đơn cử như Hà Lan và Phần Lan ghi nhận tin tặc đã bắt đầu khai thác các lỗ hổng này để xâm nhập vào hệ thống.
_Curator's translation:_ "For example, the Netherlands and Finland recorded hackers having begun to exploit these vulnerabilities to break into systems."
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ VTV (Vietnam): warns Vietnamese websites to patch and says there are no Vietnamese impact statistics yet. Vu Ngoc Son of the National Cybersecurity Association says many Vietnamese providers patched and added firewall rules that morning. It also claims the Netherlands and Finland recorded hackers exploiting the flaws.
