What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
Warta Ekonomi (Indonesia), 23 October, by Taufan Bara Mukti: PHP flaw triggers shutdowns of government sites in several countries. It says government bodies in France, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and Belgium disabled some digital services as a precaution, that the PHP Foundation released 8.5.12, 8.4.27, 8.3.36 and 8.2.35 on 21 October and urged users to update at once, and that the PHP Foundation acknowledged a delay in handling one flaw owing to limited resources and internal decision-making and said it will strengthen handling of security reports and coordination with outside researchers; one flaw had been identified in a 2024 audit, and AI-assisted research in 2026 made exploitation concrete.
> PHP Foundation juga mengakui adanya keterlambatan dalam penanganan salah satu kerentanan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan proses pengambilan keputusan internal.
_Curator's translation:_ "The PHP Foundation also acknowledged a delay in handling one of the vulnerabilities due to limited resources and internal decision-making processes."
