What the page says

_Curator's reading of the capture._

WinPoin (Indonesia), 22 October, by Gylang Satria, citing Reuters and CNBC: European government sites went offline to close the critical PHP flaw. Per Reuters it lists precautionary measures: in the Netherlands the NCSC site, MijnOverheid, Overheid.nl and other public services; in Finland Valtori, the government IT provider, switched off public government network services; in France the Interior Ministry put local administrative sites in preventive maintenance; in Denmark Kombit temporarily closed some services, including the national school communication platform; in Germany some sites run by the federal government's IT provider were also switched off. It reminds administrators to patch PHP, including in Docker containers, hosting control panels and third-party apps, since the runtime version is not always visible from a site's front page.

> Denmark: Kombit menutup sementara sejumlah layanan, termasuk platform komunikasi sekolah nasional.

_Curator's translation:_ "Denmark: Kombit temporarily closed a number of services, including the national school communication platform."

_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ WinPoin (Indonesia), citing Reuters, lists European government sites taken offline: Dutch NCSC, MijnOverheid and Overheid.nl; Finland's Valtori; French local administration sites; Denmark's Kombit; German federal IT provider sites; Wikimedia; the Internet Archive. WinPoin says its own update went through with no downtime and asks whether the Indonesian government has acted.
